How to request a withdrawal

Access Banking > Withdrawals. To open the request flow directly, use Request withdrawal.

How to request

  1. Access app.ginastee.com/banking/withdrawal.

  2. In the Wallet information section, check if there is a Connected account for withdrawals. If Receivables account not registered appears, click Register account.

  3. Enter the Pix key type and the receiving key. The withdrawal request depends on this configuration.

  4. Use the Request withdrawal button or access the direct request route.
