Why can't I edit a split created by mentoring?
See what to do when a mentoring split cannot be edited.
Splits created by mentoring are controlled by the mentoring program. Therefore, they may appear on the community's split screen without allowing direct editing.
Where to check
Open app.ginastee.com, enter the community and go to Edit community > Payment split. If the split came from mentoring, also check the Mentoring area or the community's Mentoring tab when available.
How to identify
In the community, click Edit community and select Payment split.
If an entry is linked to mentoring, it may appear as part of the split, but without the option to edit or remove it.
Access app.ginastee.com/mentoring or the community's Mentoring tab to review the program, link, term, and percentage applied.
If the percentage or term is incorrect, speak with the mentor, program owner, or support before trying to work around it via manual split.
