How mentoring works on Ginastee
Understand the role of mentoring inside the Ginastee experience.
Mentoring connects mentors and creators. The mentor structures a program, invites or approves creators, and can monitor linked communities, metrics, and revenue split.
Where to access
Access app.ginastee.com/mentoring. In eligible communities, there may also be a Mentoring tab inside Edit community.
Mentor workflow
Go to app.ginastee.com/mentoring.
Configure name, description, banner, rules, duration, entry type, contract, and split percentage when applicable.
Send individual invitations or import a list of candidates when the workflow is available for your account.
Review enrollments, approve, reject, or track the status of pending, active, or community-awaiting creators.
When a creator links a community, track metrics, members reached, revenue, and the program's split window.
Mentored creator workflow
Open the invitation received and log in with the corresponding email.
When prompted, choose or create the community that will participate in the program.
Review mentoring duration, percentage, and payout terms before operating the linked community.
