How to create forms for your community

Forms collect structured responses from members, leads, or students and can be shared via a public link.

Where to access

Go to app.ginastee.com, open the community you want to manage, and click Edit community. In the settings menu, select Forms.

How to create

1. Go to app.ginastee.com, open the community, click Edit community, and select Forms.

2. On the My forms screen, click Create form to start from scratch or Use template to start from a template.

3. Define the title, active status, redirect URL, banner, theme, and multiple response rules when necessary.

4. Add steps and questions, order the blocks, and review required fields and response types.

5. After saving, check if it appears in the community's forms table.

6. In the form's row, click Share to copy the form's public link.
