Which payment methods are available on Ginastee?
See which payment options may appear in the Ginastee checkout.
The displayed methods depend on the plan configuration set by the creator. At checkout, you will only see the options enabled for that offer.
Where to check
Use the link sent by the creator or community administrator.
At the payment step, check which options appear for that plan, such as Pix or credit card.
When credit card is enabled, check if the plan allows installments and review the number of installments before finalizing.
For creators
Go to app.ginastee.com, enter the community, click Edit community, and open Pricing.
Click Create plan or Configure on an existing plan. In the modal, review payment methods, recurrence, and installments.
After saving, copy the Checkout link and open it in an incognito window to confirm if the methods appear correctly.
