How to use integrations with ActiveCampaign, PlugLead, or external actions
Learn where to configure integrations and external actions in Ginastee.
Integrations allow sending community event data to external tools, such as ActiveCampaign, PlugLead, or configured webhooks.
Where to access
Go to app.ginastee.com, open the community you want to manage, and click Edit community. In the settings menu, select Integrations.
How to create an integration
Go to app.ginastee.com, open the community, click Edit community, and select Integrations.
The Connected integrations screen shows existing integrations. Use Create integration to open the configuration.
Select PlugLead, ActiveCampaign, or an available external action. Then choose the event that triggers the integration, such as payment confirmed, Pix generated, or abandoned checkout.
Enter the endpoint, API key, tags, lists, or expected action according to the platform. In ActiveCampaign, the API key and endpoint are required.
Choose the plan when the integration depends on a specific offer and keep the integration active when it is ready to run.
After saving, track status, logs, and results in the external tool.
