• Creators: access app.ginastee.com to manage communities, sales, content, financials, and reports.

• Members and students: use the Ginastee app via the App Store or Google Play to consume classes, materials, groups, and challenges, or access via the web at app.ginastee.com.

• Mentors of professionals: access app.ginastee.com/mentoring to track programs, invitations, and linked communities.

• Split recipients: accept the invitation sent by email and, when necessary, configure the wallet at app.ginastee.com/banking.

How to identify your path

1. Access app.ginastee.com if you manage communities, or open the app if you purchased access as a member.

2. If you see Banking, Insights, and community settings, your account has administrative permissions. If you see Home with communities and groups, you are in the member experience.

3. Creators configure plans, content, and financials in the web panel. Members watch classes, access PDFs, post activities, and participate in challenges in the app.
