How to join community groups
Learn how to access and participate in your community groups.
Groups are interaction spaces within the community. They can be open to all members or restricted to specific plans.
Where to access
Use the Ginastee app on your phone. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, log into your account, and open the desired community. You can also access it via the web at app.ginastee.com.
How to join via the app
On the app's Home screen, tap the community you belong to.
On the community screen, look for the available group cards or tabs.
Open the group to view the description, links, posts, comments, and ranking if it is a challenge.
Like, comment, or post when interactions are enabled and your plan has access to the group.
How to create or edit groups as an admin
Go to app.ginastee.com and select the community.
On the community page, use the Group Feed area to switch between existing groups or create a new group.
In the Create new group or Edit group modal, set the name, description, banner, links, available plans, type, interactions, and challenge rules, if any.
Click Save group and check the app to see if the group appears for a member of the correct plan.
