How to create free content on Ginastee?
Learn how to release classes, materials, and groups for free in your community.
You can release classes, materials, and groups for free on Ginastee by setting the availability to "Publicly available". This option removes the paid plan restriction for that specific item.
Where to access
Access app.ginastee.com, log in to your account and open the community you want to configure. You must be the community owner or a content creator with permission to edit content, materials, or groups.
How to release a class or content for free
Access app.ginastee.com and click on the desired community.
On the community page, open the section or course where the class is located. If it doesn't exist yet, create the section in Content Sections and then add a playlist.
Within the playlist, open the action to add or edit content. The modal will display fields such as title, description, video, attachments, categories, and availability.
In the Availability area, select "Publicly available". Do not select "Subscribers only" if the intention is for the class to be free.
If you want the class to be free immediately, do not configure a future release date or waiting days after purchase.
Click "Save content". Then open the Ginastee app with a test account and confirm if the class appears without requiring a paid plan.
How to release a material or PDF for free
In the dashboard at app.ginastee.com, enter the community and locate the Materials area.
Click to create a new material or open an existing material. In the modal, review the title, PDF file, banner, and other material fields.
In the Material Availability section, select Publicly available. This choice keeps the PDF out of the plan restriction.
Click Save material and wait for confirmation.
Open the Ginastee app, enter the community, and check if the material appears in the materials area for an account without a paid plan.
How to release a group for free
Access app.ginastee.com, open the community and go to the "Group Feed" area.
Use "Create new group" or "Edit group" to open the group settings.
In the Group available in plans section, select Publicly available. Do not choose Subscribers only if the group should be free.
If members can post, keep interactions enabled. If it is a challenge, review dates, ranking, scoring, and awards before publishing.
Click "Save group" and open the app with a test account to confirm if the group appears and allows the expected interactions.
How to know if something is still restricted
If the item is marked as Subscribers only, it is limited to the selected plans.
If no plan was selected after choosing Subscribers only, the setting may prevent saving or leave the availability incomplete.
If there is a future release date or wait after purchase, the content may not appear immediately even if it is public by plan.
If the group has a challenge period, disabled interactions, or specific rules, the member may see the group but not be able to post or score.
If the community is in draft, has limited access, or if the test account is not in the correct context, the item may not appear as expected.
When to use free content
Free content works well for trial classes, welcome PDFs, open community groups, entry challenges, and materials that help new members understand the method before purchasing a paid plan.
